簡(jiǎn)介:本文在設(shè)計(jì)管理理論的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)對(duì)家具企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)部門實(shí)際運(yùn)作情況的調(diào)查,深入系統(tǒng)的研究了家具企業(yè)開展產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理的具體內(nèi)容及其方法手段,強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)從加強(qiáng)家具產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)全過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制、構(gòu)建家具設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系、更新設(shè)計(jì)思維方法、開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理信息系統(tǒng)幾個(gè)方面來(lái)提高家具產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量水平。通過(guò)該課題的研究,作者綜合應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)分析法,建立了家具企業(yè)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理的理論體系,并用該理論指導(dǎo)具體的企業(yè)管理工作香港興利集團(tuán)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,進(jìn)一步從實(shí)踐上驗(yàn)證了理論的可行性,并針對(duì)實(shí)際操作過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出了具體解決對(duì)策。這將為今后更多的家具企業(yè)開展產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理工作提供借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí)也豐富了設(shè)計(jì)管理理論及其方法體系。

簡(jiǎn)介:西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文國(guó)際衍生金融產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)在中國(guó)的應(yīng)用研究中國(guó)首支RMBS投資價(jià)值分析姓名吳曉東申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)國(guó)際貿(mào)易學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師尹忠明20060401利率結(jié)構(gòu)的金融產(chǎn)品來(lái)滿足不同客戶各種需求。例如,由瑞士信貸第一波士頓于2005年設(shè)計(jì)的代號(hào)為NC2005HE4的一個(gè)HOMEEQUITYLOANTRUST,其發(fā)行總額為4億美元左右,共有16層TRENCHES不同的債券,其中幾種債券還包含有帽子期權(quán)CAP和掉期SWAP。雖然其設(shè)計(jì)方法極其復(fù)雜,但對(duì)投資者而言,則有了更多投資選擇。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)在資產(chǎn)支持證券和住房貸款抵押支持證券產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)中,由于受到人員、技術(shù)和國(guó)內(nèi)金融市場(chǎng)不完善等因素的影響,只有很少學(xué)者涉足資產(chǎn)支持證券和住房貸款抵押支持證券的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域。但是隨著中國(guó)外匯資產(chǎn)的大量增加,以及國(guó)內(nèi)金融機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)增強(qiáng)資產(chǎn)流動(dòng)性的需求日益強(qiáng)烈,國(guó)內(nèi)實(shí)務(wù)界人士已經(jīng)開始重視對(duì)資產(chǎn)支持證券和住房貸款抵押支持證券產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)合研發(fā)工作。本文試圖通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)首支個(gè)人住房貸款抵押支持證券的投資價(jià)值分析,為以后國(guó)內(nèi)資產(chǎn)支持證券和住房貸款抵押支持證券的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的借鑒。中國(guó)人民銀行和中國(guó)銀行業(yè)監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)在2005年4月推出信貸資產(chǎn)證券化試點(diǎn)管理辦法,中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行也于2005年12月發(fā)行國(guó)內(nèi)首支RMBS個(gè)人住房貸款抵押支持證券。由于國(guó)內(nèi)金融機(jī)構(gòu)只發(fā)放浮動(dòng)利率住房抵押貸款,且國(guó)內(nèi)浮動(dòng)利率抵押貸款與國(guó)內(nèi)外浮動(dòng)利率抵押貸款特征差異甚多,如美國(guó)貸款契約多設(shè)有利率調(diào)整上、下限,契約期間利率之上、下限等限制條件,與國(guó)內(nèi)貸款利率隨住房貸款基準(zhǔn)利率變動(dòng)而變動(dòng)產(chǎn)生很大差異,所以在國(guó)情及貸款特征的差異下,就會(huì)造成不同的提前還款速度與風(fēng)險(xiǎn),進(jìn)而影響貸款價(jià)值及MBS評(píng)價(jià)。由于過(guò)去國(guó)內(nèi)文獻(xiàn)多著墨于美國(guó)證券化金融商品之評(píng)價(jià),本文則將完全針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)住宅抵押貸款證券化作探討。建行RMBS為國(guó)內(nèi)首支基于個(gè)人住房貸款的證券化產(chǎn)品,發(fā)行總額為30.17億元人民幣,票息率為基于恥LM每月付息的7天回購(gòu)利率的浮動(dòng)利率,每月付息一次。為實(shí)現(xiàn)信用增級(jí),本次住房抵押貸款的證券化采用分層的技術(shù),將發(fā)行的證券分成優(yōu)先級(jí)和次級(jí)兩類。次級(jí)證券的本金和收益的支付都在優(yōu)先級(jí)證券的本息支付之后,從而保護(hù)了優(yōu)先級(jí)證券的本息償

簡(jiǎn)介:西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文我國(guó)股指期貨產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)研究姓名李逸凡申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)金融學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師陳永生20060401但可以完善我國(guó)的證券市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),推動(dòng)我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)與圍際接軌的步伐,更重要的是可以切實(shí)保障我國(guó)投資者的利益,增加投資者對(duì)巾I場(chǎng)的信心。本文共分為四章。第‘章是股指期貨概述,分為兩節(jié)。第一節(jié)主要介紹了股指期貨的概念及特點(diǎn)。股指期貨是股票指數(shù)期貨STOCKINDEXFUTURES的簡(jiǎn)稱,是以股票市場(chǎng)的股價(jià)指數(shù)為交易標(biāo)的物的期貨品種,是由交易雙方訂立的,約定在未來(lái)某一特定時(shí)間按成交時(shí)約定好的價(jià)格進(jìn)行股價(jià)指數(shù)交易的一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化合約。股指期貨的主要特點(diǎn)在于其“標(biāo)的物”的特殊性。股指期貨的標(biāo)的物是反映證券市場(chǎng)行情的“指數(shù)”,而不是實(shí)在的資產(chǎn)或商品。股指期貨可以使投資者即便不持有股票,也可以涉足股票市場(chǎng)。第二節(jié)系統(tǒng)的介紹了股指期貨的各種市場(chǎng)功能,主要包括套期保值功能、套利功能、價(jià)格發(fā)現(xiàn)功能及在投資組合中的應(yīng)用等功能。股指期貨的市場(chǎng)功能是股指期貨產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)和原動(dòng)力,是開發(fā)我國(guó)股指期貨產(chǎn)品必要性的理論解釋。第二章是股指期貨的理論綜述,共兩節(jié)。第一節(jié)是股指期貨的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展。本節(jié)系統(tǒng)、詳盡的介紹了股指期貨的產(chǎn)生及發(fā)展歷史。對(duì)1982年4月2日的第一只股指期貨的產(chǎn)生背景、遇到的困難等作了深入詳盡的介紹與研究。另外,對(duì)目前國(guó)際上的主要股指期貨的交易量等情況進(jìn)行了比較分析,來(lái)闡述股指期貨強(qiáng)勁的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。第二節(jié)是國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究成果。通過(guò)搜集大量的資料,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外理論界在股指期貨方面的研究成果進(jìn)行了整理,希望對(duì)以后的研究有所幫助。一般來(lái)說(shuō),國(guó)外的研究大多都集中在股指期貨的套期保值及定價(jià)方面,而國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)股指期貨的研究主要是對(duì)國(guó)外研究成果的介紹,同時(shí)也進(jìn)行了一些本土的探討,但主要都集中在推出股指期貨的必要性及可行性等方面。第三章與第四章是本文的重點(diǎn)部分。第三章是標(biāo)的指數(shù)及交易場(chǎng)所的選擇。本章共分三節(jié),笫一肖介紹了國(guó)際上著名的股指期貨標(biāo)的指數(shù)選擇的方法與思路。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)際知名股指期貨標(biāo)的指數(shù)的選擇方法及思路的研究,希望對(duì)我國(guó)股指期貨標(biāo)的指數(shù)的選擇提供

簡(jiǎn)介:隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈電線電纜產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也面臨著重大挑戰(zhàn)。怎樣提升電線電纜產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是企業(yè)需要考慮的重點(diǎn)。電線電纜產(chǎn)品在設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)階段的成本管理對(duì)降低產(chǎn)品成本、提高企業(yè)贏利、提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著重要的作用。本文通過(guò)對(duì)成本管理理論的研究將電線電纜產(chǎn)品的成本管理重點(diǎn)放在設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)階段結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的特點(diǎn)建立了電線電纜產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)審查系統(tǒng)。進(jìn)而將目標(biāo)成本管理與設(shè)計(jì)審查系統(tǒng)結(jié)合的辦法在電線電纜產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的最初階段就對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)成本進(jìn)行了有效的管理。運(yùn)用質(zhì)量功能配置的方法將產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化模型加入設(shè)計(jì)審查取得了良好的效果。經(jīng)實(shí)踐證明在電線電纜產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)中進(jìn)行目標(biāo)成本的管理是一套行之有效的方法大大提高產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

簡(jiǎn)介:⑧西南霾孝謹(jǐn)大學(xué)SOIOELWESYERNUNIBEKSTY0FVINANCEND1ONOMLCS碩士學(xué)位論文MASTER’SDISSERTATION我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行存款產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的思考一一從契約視角THINKINGOFTHEDESIGNOFDEPOSITPRODUCTSOFOURCOUNTRY’S’EOILIMEREIALBANKFROMTHEPERSPECTIVEOFCONTRACT學(xué)位申請(qǐng)人指導(dǎo)教師王贊祥張迎春昌嵫籃學(xué)科爭(zhēng)業(yè)一壘塾莖二一一學(xué)位類別一量藍(lán)堂_一我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行存款產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的思考從契約視角法律和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)角度進(jìn)行定義,從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)角度定義的概念要更為廣泛。經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的契約理論經(jīng)歷了古典契約理論、新古典契約理論、以及現(xiàn)代契約理論三個(gè)階段。從契約以及契約理論的發(fā)展來(lái)看,存款產(chǎn)品也是一種契約,而且是一種債務(wù)類契約。它除了具有債務(wù)類契約的一般特點(diǎn)外,也具有一些特殊的屬性。存款產(chǎn)品契約具有不完全性和非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化性,這使得其具有不可轉(zhuǎn)讓性。其以作為價(jià)值物的貨幣存款作為對(duì)象,是一種貨幣經(jīng)營(yíng)性契約。在存款產(chǎn)品契約中,不可轉(zhuǎn)讓性的特點(diǎn),使其具有一種內(nèi)在軟約束性,從而天生具有內(nèi)在不穩(wěn)定性。而且,在存款產(chǎn)品契約中,客戶接受的是一種格式化條款的契約形式,這也成為其特殊的屬性。第二章是對(duì)國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行存款產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的介紹。國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行存款產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)與創(chuàng)新出現(xiàn)于20世紀(jì)60、70年代,這一時(shí)期大的背景是西方國(guó)家利率市場(chǎng)化改革的深入。利率市場(chǎng)化使西方商業(yè)銀行擁有自己的產(chǎn)品定價(jià)權(quán),可以通過(guò)創(chuàng)造、創(chuàng)新存款產(chǎn)品來(lái)吸引客戶,穩(wěn)定存款。在利率市場(chǎng)化的背景下,西方商業(yè)銀行為了在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲利,充分利用了自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)以及自主的定價(jià)策略,以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向,以適應(yīng)客戶個(gè)性化需求變化為動(dòng)力,設(shè)計(jì)并創(chuàng)新了存款產(chǎn)品,從而贏得了市場(chǎng)和客戶,也為自己帶來(lái)了豐厚的收益。對(duì)西方商業(yè)銀行存款產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的介紹,本文選取以典型的西方商業(yè)銀行花旗銀行為代表,通過(guò)對(duì)其當(dāng)前所提供的儲(chǔ)蓄產(chǎn)品、支票產(chǎn)品以及貨幣市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品等存款產(chǎn)品的介紹,指出國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行存款產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn)。國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行存款產(chǎn)品的構(gòu)成要素多樣化。多要素的不同組合可以創(chuàng)造出多種多樣的存款產(chǎn)品。這些存款產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)完全以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向,以滿足客戶的個(gè)性化需求為動(dòng)力。其存款產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)采取差別化定價(jià)原則,存款有聯(lián)合平均余額的要求,且與其他定價(jià)要素或服務(wù)相關(guān)聯(lián)。存款收益與存款余額水平掛鉤,是一種非線性余額收益水平。這些設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn),使國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行存款產(chǎn)品具有激勵(lì)與約束對(duì)等的機(jī)制,這一機(jī)制也是存款產(chǎn)品契約雙方權(quán)利、義務(wù)對(duì)等的體現(xiàn)。第三章是對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行存款產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的介紹。關(guān)于我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行存款產(chǎn)品,可以從我國(guó)當(dāng)前的法定利率表中看出,基本上由活期存款、定期存款、定活兩便、通知存款等構(gòu)成。這些存款產(chǎn)品構(gòu)成要素單一,僅由期限和利率兩個(gè)要素構(gòu)成。這就造成我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行存款產(chǎn)品種類較少,定價(jià)工具嚴(yán)重單2
