    • 簡(jiǎn)介:碩士研究生教育規(guī)模急劇擴(kuò)大導(dǎo)致碩士畢業(yè)人數(shù)呈現(xiàn)跳躍式增長(zhǎng),而碩士研究生的社會(huì)需求量沒有增加多少。碩士畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率逐漸降低,就業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)不斷削弱。這種高學(xué)歷人員就業(yè)滯后甚至失業(yè)的問題變得越來(lái)越重要,已經(jīng)開始成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),有關(guān)碩士畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的研究也非常流行。本研究在社會(huì)支持理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)問卷調(diào)查資料的分析,對(duì)湖北省武漢市重點(diǎn)高校2007、2008兩屆碩士畢業(yè)生的社會(huì)支持與求職行為兩個(gè)變量及其關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探索研究發(fā)現(xiàn)在碩士畢業(yè)生個(gè)人的求職行為中,正式社會(huì)支持仍比非正式社會(huì)支持使用次數(shù)更多但在個(gè)人的求職行為中,碩士畢業(yè)生的非正式社會(huì)支持越多,求職行為越多;從求職行為的結(jié)果來(lái)看,碩士畢業(yè)生的非正式社會(huì)支持比正式社會(huì)支持求職的成功率更高;碩士研究生對(duì)非正式社會(huì)支持為其求職提供幫助的滿意度比正式社會(huì)支持更高。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,結(jié)合當(dāng)前碩士畢業(yè)生求職中存在的問題,筆者嘗試從正式社會(huì)支持和非正式社會(huì)支持兩方面提出如下一些有效的建議政府勞動(dòng)及其它相關(guān)部門積極引導(dǎo);高校加強(qiáng)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)和就業(yè)培訓(xùn);碩士畢業(yè)生調(diào)試社會(huì)支持與求職行為之間的關(guān)系,完善自身素質(zhì)。希望對(duì)碩士畢業(yè)生求職有所幫助。

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:本人鄭重聲明所提交的學(xué)位是本人在導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行的研究工作和取得的研究成果。本論文中除引文外,所有實(shí)驗(yàn)、數(shù)據(jù)和有關(guān)材料均是真實(shí)的。本論文中除引文和致謝的內(nèi)容外,不包含其他人或其它機(jī)構(gòu)已經(jīng)發(fā)表或撰寫過(guò)的研究成果。其他同志對(duì)本研究所做的貢獻(xiàn)均已在論文中作了聲明并表示了謝意。學(xué)位論文作者簽名;敲J日期PJI軍RF泐I(lǐng)學(xué)位論文使用授權(quán)聲明研究生在校攻讀學(xué)位期間論文工作的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)單位屬南京師范大學(xué)。學(xué)校有權(quán)保存本學(xué)位論文的電子和紙質(zhì)文檔,可以借閱或上網(wǎng)公布本學(xué)位論文的部分或全部?jī)?nèi)容,可以采用影印、復(fù)印等手段保存、匯編本學(xué)位論文。學(xué)校可以向國(guó)家有關(guān)機(jī)關(guān)或機(jī)構(gòu)送交論文的電子和紙質(zhì)文檔,允許論文被查閱和借閱。保密論文在解密后遵守此規(guī)定保密論文注釋本學(xué)位論文屬于保密論文,保密期限為年。學(xué)位論文作者簽名≥靜指導(dǎo)教師簽名J日期V崎邸日日期U多、廠。PJ飛一L曠沙撞蔓鼎㈣摘要為探索關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為對(duì)求職結(jié)果的影響,本研究以自編的大學(xué)生關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為問卷為工具,隨機(jī)選取南京四所高校385名大四畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,從而了解大學(xué)生關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為的現(xiàn)狀和個(gè)體差異,進(jìn)一步探討該行為對(duì)求職結(jié)果的影響,最后提出若干可行性建議供有關(guān)高校和大學(xué)生參考。本研究得出以下結(jié)論1關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為共包括三個(gè)因子,分別為建立關(guān)系、維護(hù)關(guān)系、利用關(guān)系。2自編大學(xué)生關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為問卷的內(nèi)部一致性信度為0875,分半信度為0816,各因子既相互獨(dú)立,又有中等程度的相關(guān),結(jié)構(gòu)效度良好。3大學(xué)生關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為總體得分處于中等水平;具體各因子上,維護(hù)關(guān)系的得分最高,利用關(guān)系次之,建立關(guān)系的得分最低。4大學(xué)生關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為在性別、專業(yè)、家庭所在地、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)水平、求職期望、干部經(jīng)歷、實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷這七個(gè)變量上均呈現(xiàn)出顯著差異。5大學(xué)生的人格特質(zhì)與關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為之間存在不同程度的相關(guān),對(duì)該行為有預(yù)測(cè)作用,其中,外傾性、宜人性、開放性這三個(gè)維度能夠正向預(yù)測(cè)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為,而神經(jīng)質(zhì)維度則對(duì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為起負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)的作用。6大學(xué)生的關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為與求職結(jié)果各變量之間存在不同程度的相關(guān),在控制人口學(xué)與人力資本特征變量的基礎(chǔ)上能夠顯著預(yù)測(cè)就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、就業(yè)狀態(tài)和滿意度,其中建立關(guān)系維度可以正向預(yù)測(cè)就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)與就業(yè)狀態(tài),維護(hù)關(guān)系維度可以正向預(yù)測(cè)就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),而利用關(guān)系維度則可正向預(yù)測(cè)就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、就業(yè)狀態(tài)以及滿意度。關(guān)鍵詞大學(xué)生,關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為,求職結(jié)果
