簡(jiǎn)介:經(jīng)過二十多年的改革和發(fā)展,我國(guó)己進(jìn)入工業(yè)化中期階段,目前正處在結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。但從總體上看,從業(yè)人員的技術(shù)水平低,仍然是制約我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速、健康發(fā)展的“瓶頸”因素之一。以高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)為支柱、以智力資源為依托的知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的興起,對(duì)人才的技術(shù)要求更表現(xiàn)出了多樣化的特點(diǎn)。而我們不得不面對(duì)的一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)情況是一方面是企業(yè)求才若渴,另一方面是職業(yè)教育畢業(yè)生無處可用,這正是我國(guó)現(xiàn)代高等職業(yè)教育與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)不能和諧發(fā)展的深層次矛盾的具體表象。本文從對(duì)象上看是對(duì)高等職業(yè)教育就業(yè)導(dǎo)向的研究,但選擇的視角是比較研究,以德國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的歷程、取得的成效以及隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展所面臨的實(shí)際問題進(jìn)行分析,并與我國(guó)高職教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行比較,得出高職在變革與發(fā)展過程中的共同規(guī)律及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。在對(duì)整體完成比較之后,收攏視線,投注于當(dāng)前我國(guó)高職發(fā)展中的實(shí)際問題并予以分析,指出發(fā)展以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的高等職業(yè)教育的改革發(fā)展之路,并就具體的操作手段及措施進(jìn)行分析,以解決近期中國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。最后本文的結(jié)論是以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,發(fā)展目前仍很薄弱的高等職業(yè)教育,造就適應(yīng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要的高素質(zhì)的勞動(dòng)者,不僅是時(shí)代的迫切需要,也是歷史的必然選擇。

簡(jiǎn)介:|輩往戴碼L0445L攀弩2002L霹731分類號(hào)G782V“764545易東舒耘大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文論文越蠢學(xué)科專斂名稱咚請(qǐng)入姓名指導(dǎo)教師論文提交蹴潞我磷農(nóng)樹聯(lián)邋教育在農(nóng)搴李測(cè)余勢(shì)滋舞轉(zhuǎn)移串熬稼需研究教育經(jīng)濟(jì)與管蠼粱秀梅顰毒懶■于清漣教授72005冬0毒月20鶩幕鍍囂擎鬻山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文我國(guó)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育在農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移中的作用研究中文摘要我國(guó)總?cè)丝诤驮谛W(xué)生數(shù)的80%左右在農(nóng)村,每年約有一千一百萬左右的初中、高中生回到農(nóng)村。這一國(guó)情決定了農(nóng)村教育特別是農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育,不僅是一個(gè)關(guān)系到農(nóng)村改革、發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定的重大問題,也是一個(gè)關(guān)系到中華民族整體素質(zhì)和前途命運(yùn)的重大問題。農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展關(guān)系到農(nóng)民的脫貧致富,關(guān)系到數(shù)以億計(jì)的農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移,而農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移,又關(guān)系至Ⅱ全國(guó)人力資源的合理配置及城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)問題的解決,是影響未來社會(huì)政治安定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重大問題。本文從分析農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的內(nèi)涵入手,進(jìn)一步分析了我國(guó)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的歷史背景和現(xiàn)狀;并在分析農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用人力資本理論,采用文獻(xiàn)法、歷史法、比較法及規(guī)范分析法從理論意義上探究了農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育在農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移中的作用和意義。從理論意義上講,農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育在我國(guó)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移中具有極為重要的意義。微觀角度而言,農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育對(duì)受教育的勞動(dòng)力個(gè)體,其積極意義在于,農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育使學(xué)習(xí)者能夠掌握一定的專業(yè)理論知識(shí)和熟練的操作技能,從而提高其技術(shù)含量,提高就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。職業(yè)教育的目的是傳授職業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)、培訓(xùn)職業(yè)技能,以增強(qiáng)受訓(xùn)學(xué)員在工作中的生產(chǎn)能力,成為應(yīng)用型或?qū)嵱眯腿瞬牛@是職業(yè)教育最直接作用的體現(xiàn),也是職業(yè)教育提升人力資本含量最基本的目標(biāo)。技術(shù)技能的掌握,無疑會(huì)大大增強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)者的就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和就業(yè)適應(yīng)力,拓寬學(xué)習(xí)者的擇業(yè)空間,促進(jìn)其個(gè)體勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的提高;而勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的提高,最直接的結(jié)果便是增加學(xué)習(xí)者的個(gè)人收入,進(jìn)而提高其社會(huì)地位。就宏觀角度來講,發(fā)展農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育同樣有著深遠(yuǎn)的社會(huì)意義。當(dāng)前因人口過多而引發(fā)的失業(yè)現(xiàn)象,是我國(guó)需要解決的主要社會(huì)問題之一。如何緩解就業(yè)與失業(yè)的社會(huì)矛盾,從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來看,最有效的途徑之一就是加強(qiáng)對(duì)勞動(dòng)力的教育和培訓(xùn)。一方面,通過加強(qiáng)教育和培訓(xùn),既可以使勞動(dòng)力的供給得以分流,從而延緩勞動(dòng)力供給,緩解我國(guó)勞動(dòng)就業(yè)領(lǐng)域的巨大壓力,又可以為未來農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力實(shí)現(xiàn)充分就業(yè)做好準(zhǔn)備,防止勞動(dòng)力資源的大量閑置浪費(fèi)。另一方面,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育,可以大大提高勞動(dòng)力的素質(zhì)和質(zhì)量,提升勞動(dòng)力的人力資本存量,使得農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移實(shí)現(xiàn)合理和有序化。同時(shí),大量具備~定人力資本含量的農(nóng)村剩余人口進(jìn)城,不但擴(kuò)大了工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的勞動(dòng)供給與市場(chǎng)消費(fèi),也產(chǎn)生了城市人口的集聚效應(yīng)和規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì),對(duì)加快城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程,加快社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型,
