簡介:廈門大學(xué)學(xué)位論文原創(chuàng)性聲明另外,該學(xué)位論文為\課題組的研究成果,獲得\\課題組經(jīng)費(fèi)或?qū)嶒?yàn)室的資助,在\\實(shí)驗(yàn)室完成。請?jiān)谝陨侠ㄌ?hào)內(nèi)填寫課加沙∥月‘日J(rèn)/聲明人蚴櫥裼夕~、P’摘要高等教育國際化是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下的必然趨勢。當(dāng)前,越來越多的高校評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu)把大學(xué)里師生的國際化程度作為衡量大學(xué)水平的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),促使各大學(xué)紛紛把吸收外國留學(xué)生、開展跨國教育、加強(qiáng)科研合作等作為發(fā)展的重要任務(wù)。國際化不儀是發(fā)達(dá)國家高等教育發(fā)展的普遍戰(zhàn)略,也是發(fā)展中國家提高高等教育質(zhì)量的客觀需要。洋務(wù)運(yùn)動(dòng)開啟了近代中國高等教育國際化的新篇章,尤其是中國加入WTO后,教育國際化進(jìn)展加快,取得了一定的成就,如來華留學(xué)人數(shù)逐年增加、合作辦學(xué)開展的如火如荼、學(xué)術(shù)交流越來越頻繁等。與中國隔海相望,且同為發(fā)展中國家的菲律賓,它的國際化也開始的較早。本論文試圖對(duì)菲律賓高等教育國際化作初步性探索,旨在探尋其高等教育國際化的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),為中圍高等教育國際化提供有益的借鑒和參考。本論文的核心問題是菲律賓高等教育的國際化是如何進(jìn)行的論文共分為五部分第一部分主要內(nèi)容包括本研究的選題意義,國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀的綜述,相關(guān)概念的界定以及本研究的基本思路和研究方法;第二部分介紹菲律賓高等教育的概況,以及回顧菲律賓高等教育國際化的發(fā)展歷程;第三部分從人員國際化、課程國際化、科研國際化和合作辦學(xué)四個(gè)維度入手,分別探討菲律賓高等教育國際化的開展現(xiàn)狀;第四部分深入分析了菲律賓高等教育國際化的政策,以及其發(fā)展國際化具有的優(yōu)勢和劣勢;第五部分首先分析菲律賓高等教育的影響和挑戰(zhàn),最后主要論述菲律賓高等教育國際化對(duì)中國的啟示和借鑒意義。關(guān)鍵詞高等教育;國際化;菲律賓

簡介:福建師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文我國現(xiàn)階段高等職業(yè)教育公平問題研究以福建省為例姓名葉菁申請學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)教育管理指導(dǎo)教師趙麟斌20100501中文文摘胡錦濤同志在黨的十七大報(bào)告中指出“教育公平是社會(huì)公平的重要基礎(chǔ)”,并將發(fā)展教育作為加快推進(jìn)以改善民生為重點(diǎn)的社會(huì)建設(shè)的六大任務(wù)之一。作為教育中重要一分子的高等職業(yè)教育,其公平性同樣是構(gòu)成社會(huì)的重要基礎(chǔ),在國家一再強(qiáng)調(diào)要大力發(fā)展職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的時(shí)刻,特別值得我們深入研究和高度重視。高等職業(yè)教育資源短缺、供給不足是長期以來制約我國高等教育公平的主要瓶頸,大力發(fā)展高等職業(yè)教育、推進(jìn)高等教育大眾化是增進(jìn)教育公平的必然選擇。由于“精英教育”慣性、泛化“效率優(yōu)先”原則和高職教育制度變革滯后等原因,滋生、繁衍、積累了大量的非公平現(xiàn)象。高等職業(yè)教育在發(fā)展進(jìn)程中必須把增進(jìn)教育公平作為基本的價(jià)值取向,增加公共財(cái)政投入,改變社會(huì)觀念,依托市場機(jī)制擴(kuò)大高職教育資源,真正“使無業(yè)者有業(yè),使有業(yè)者樂業(yè)“,促進(jìn)高職教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展,改革招生、用人制度,擴(kuò)大社會(huì)影響力,改善辦學(xué)條件,提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量。隨著我國高等教育大眾化的推進(jìn),高等職業(yè)教育作用已越來越突出,但同時(shí)高等職業(yè)教育也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),存在著許多困難和問題,其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀已嚴(yán)重地挑戰(zhàn)了教育公平。在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展沒有達(dá)到一定程度的情況下,教育是帶有一定程度的公共產(chǎn)品性質(zhì)的稀缺資源,其分配主要由政府公共部門通過財(cái)政手段來掌控。我國自改革開放以來,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的提高帶來了教育事業(yè)快速發(fā)展,在教育投入不斷增加的情況下,公民受教育水平與教育質(zhì)量不斷提高。但長期以來由于教育制度和觀念的偏頗,教育資源配置并不十分合理,從教育結(jié)構(gòu)上來說,在高等職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域體現(xiàn)得較為明顯。中小學(xué)義務(wù)教育和普通高等教育都得到了充分的重視,而處于夾心層的高等職業(yè)教育卻關(guān)注不夠。而無論是對(duì)于中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,還是對(duì)于建立一個(gè)和諧社會(huì)這樣的政治目標(biāo),高等職業(yè)教育的重要性和緊迫性都應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)玫匠浞终J(rèn)識(shí)。本文側(cè)重研究福建省高等職業(yè)教育,從起點(diǎn)、過程、結(jié)果分析原因,并提出粗淺的建議。文章大致從以下六個(gè)部分加以闡述第一章緒論,著重闡述兩個(gè)內(nèi)容,一介紹文章選題的由來及研究思路,二闡述國外關(guān)于教育公平理論的主要觀點(diǎn)。第二章闡述高等職業(yè)教育公平的理論依據(jù)。其中包括國外關(guān)于教育公平理論的代表觀點(diǎn),并分析高等職業(yè)教育的內(nèi)涵與特性,提出促進(jìn)高等職業(yè)教育公平的意義。第三章主要介紹國外高等職業(yè)教育公平的經(jīng)驗(yàn),列舉德國、日本、英國、美國的教育模式,并與我國現(xiàn)行的高度職業(yè)教育制度相比較,提出可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第四章分析福建省高等職業(yè)教育公平發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題。福建省的高等職業(yè)教育近幾年發(fā)展迅速,院校數(shù)量以及在校生人數(shù)不斷增長,為福建省的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)培養(yǎng)了大批技術(shù)應(yīng)用型和高技能人才,但仍存在公平性欠缺之處,主要表現(xiàn)在教育起點(diǎn)不公平、教育過程不公平、教育結(jié)果不公平。第五章根據(jù)之前分析的現(xiàn)狀,提出實(shí)現(xiàn)福建省高等職業(yè)教育公平的對(duì)策。首先通過政府宏觀調(diào)控,從政策面上引導(dǎo)高等職業(yè)教育正確定位其次合理配置教育資源,大力ILI

簡介:中山大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文基于時(shí)間序列的廣東省高等教育規(guī)模分析及預(yù)測姓名胡菲申請學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師姚正安20100529回歸方程中的系數(shù)來分析這四個(gè)因素的重要性,通過ECM模型分析四個(gè)因素的波動(dòng)對(duì)目標(biāo)變量的波動(dòng)影響程度最后,比較兩種關(guān)系下廣東省高校在校學(xué)生數(shù)的預(yù)測值,指出廣東省高等教育規(guī)模所存在的問題本文得到較為滿意的預(yù)測結(jié)果,為人才供給預(yù)測提供一定的依據(jù)但由于所涉指標(biāo)與數(shù)據(jù)十分龐大,采集難度較高,導(dǎo)致本文所用數(shù)據(jù)較少,因而只能對(duì)短期預(yù)測提供一定的指導(dǎo),對(duì)中長期預(yù)測有待進(jìn)一步地驗(yàn)證關(guān)鍵詞ARMA模型、自回歸模型、條件異方差模型、協(xié)整理論、誤差修正模型Ⅱ
