3、pitateproteinstodissociatethemelaminefromthesamplematrix.Indertodissociatetheproteinscleansimplythesamplewasheatedtoboilthencoolednaturally.Theaveragerecoveriesrangedfrom83.2%to97.5%inthespikedrangeofthedeterminationofme

4、lamineinmilkmilkpowder.Thelimitofquantification(LOQs)ofmilkmilkpowderwas1.0mgkgtherelativestarddeviationswerebetween2.1%3.9%(n=5).Thesensitivityofthemethodissimilartothehighperfmanceliquidchromatographythesamplepretreatm

5、entismesimplespecificreproducibleeconomicenvironment.Soitcanbeusedfalargenumberofsamplesofmilkmilkpowder’smelaminerapiddetection.Inchapter3anewmethodofthedeterminationofdifenoconazoleinVegetablebyGCMSMSwasdeveloped.Thedi

6、fenoconazoleinsamplewasextractedwithacetonitrile.TheextractwaspurifiedconcentratedwithsolidphaseextractioncolumnthendetectedbyGCMSMSinthemultiplereactionmonitingmode.Theaveragerecoveriesrangedfrom78.82%to94.64%Thelimitof
