4、. Methods: 136 cases of laryngeal cancer treated in the First affiliated H ospital of Xinjiang Medical University from Jul 2007 to Dec 2009 have been retrospectively reviewed. Following the colle

5、cted literature and also by referring to the record of the cases in our hospital, 6 clinical factors (Primary site, T status, N status, Pathological grade, Clinical stage and course of disease b

6、efore visit. ) were selected for the explore the relationship of Pathological grade with of Laryngeal Carcinoma with Primary site, T status, N status, Clinical stage and course of disease before visit.

7、Results: The nonparametric correlations show that there were not distinctly association Primary site, T status, N status, Clinical stage and course of disease before visit with Pathological grade

8、, (overall P ＜0. 05) . Conclusion: The prorate of Laryngeal Carcinoma between male and female is 16: 1, high age level of Laryngeal Carcinoma occur is from 54 to 72 years old, average age

9、is 61. 8 year old; The clinical features of laryngeal carcinoma primary site, T status, N status, Clinical stage and course of disease before visit are not the deciding factors of the Pathol

10、ogical grade; there are no relationship the course of disease before visit with Primary site, T status, N status and Clinical stage; Pathological grade have no association with T1+T2 group and

11、 T3+T4 group, N0 and N1+N2+N3 group, Ⅰ+Ⅱstage and Ⅲ+Ⅳstage; There are closely relationship between Primary site, T status, N status and Clinical stage. Key words: Laryngeal neoplasm’ s; Pathologic
