1、兩種血小板制品細菌培養(yǎng)結果分析林 棟崔四平蘇婉蘭陳寶嬋葉柱江[Summary]目的 探討單采血小板與混合血小板在血液采集制備過程中細菌污染 的危險程度，為血小板的采集制備過程中改良工藝，提高輸血平安性提供可靠 數據。方法 采用生物梅里埃公司生產的BaeT/Alert 3D全自動細菌培養(yǎng)儀及 應用需氧瓶(BPA Culture Bottle)、厭氧瓶(BPN Culture Bottle)對 5210 例單采血小板，1653例混合血小板

2、進行了細菌培養(yǎng)，細菌培養(yǎng)陽性者轉種，轉 種陽性者進行細菌鑒定。結果 在5210例單采血小板細菌培養(yǎng)經確定陽性6 例，陽性率為1.15%)；例53例混合血小板中細菌培養(yǎng)經確定陽性10例,陽性 率6. 05%。。結論混合血小板細菌培養(yǎng)陽性率(6.05%。)高于單采血小板(1. 15%o),兩者比擬差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.01)；血小板細菌污染情況仍 然嚴峻，應引起注意。[Key]單采血小板；濃縮血小板；混合血小板；細菌污染；細菌
