簡介:河南大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育有效轉(zhuǎn)移農(nóng)村富余勞動力研究姓名劉改煥申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)管理學(xué)教育經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理指導(dǎo)教師于啟新201105II并不理想,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究其轉(zhuǎn)移的困境。(4)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育未能有效轉(zhuǎn)移農(nóng)村富余勞動力的原因分析。由于農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育在農(nóng)村富余勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移中沒有發(fā)揮到前文所提到的應(yīng)有作用,筆者開始從農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育自身查找原因,為了找到事情的根本原因,筆者對河南、山東、貴州、吉林、江蘇等五省八縣展開了調(diào)研,找出了他們存在的共性原因。主要有以下三個方面一、一、專業(yè)設(shè)置與市場需求脫節(jié)。主要表現(xiàn)在專業(yè)設(shè)置滯后、專業(yè)周期較長、專業(yè)配備不足。二、實踐技能與工作要求差距大。主要表現(xiàn)為職業(yè)教育課程學(xué)術(shù)化、職業(yè)教育教師質(zhì)量不高、實訓(xùn)基地和設(shè)備缺乏。三、資源分散與做大與做強目標(biāo)相背離。表現(xiàn)在資源分散不同類型職業(yè)學(xué)校發(fā)展迥異;體制不順職業(yè)學(xué)校難以做到優(yōu)勢互補。(5)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育促進(jìn)農(nóng)村富余勞動力有效轉(zhuǎn)移的對策研究。筆者在第四章原因分析的基礎(chǔ)上,并針對以上存在的問題,提出了如下對策。第一、一、調(diào)整專業(yè)以適應(yīng)市場需求。具體辦法有根據(jù)市場需求調(diào)整專業(yè)設(shè)置;根據(jù)專業(yè)情況適當(dāng)縮短學(xué)制;加強實訓(xùn)基地等硬件設(shè)施建設(shè)。第二、注重實踐以提高辦學(xué)質(zhì)量。具體策略為堅持以實踐為導(dǎo)向、以技能為中心的方針;加強師資隊伍建設(shè)、注重“雙師型”的培養(yǎng);推進(jìn)“工學(xué)結(jié)合、頂崗實習(xí)、校企合作”的培養(yǎng)模式。第三、整合資源以實現(xiàn)做大做強目標(biāo)。措施有整合資源,實現(xiàn)資源優(yōu)化;理順體制,實現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢互補。關(guān)鍵詞農(nóng)村富余勞動力;農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育;轉(zhuǎn)移措施

簡介:碩士學(xué)位論文學(xué)校代碼10193編號2005S124分類號G710密級咒職業(yè)教育與科技互動關(guān)系研究作者倪錦麗專業(yè)名稱職業(yè)技術(shù)教育學(xué)研究方向教育基本理論指導(dǎo)教師陶虹教授吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)二OO五年六月吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文職業(yè)教育與科技互動關(guān)系研究容的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,Z,KR而得出了科技發(fā)展豐富和更新了職業(yè)教育內(nèi)容的結(jié)論。4.通過研究不同時期的科技發(fā)展水平和教學(xué)手段的關(guān)系,得出了科技的發(fā)展不斷為職業(yè)教育提供新的教學(xué)手段的結(jié)論。通過以上兩個角度的研究,最終得出科技的進(jìn)步促進(jìn)了職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展又加快了技術(shù)的傳播和科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,二者之問存在著相互促進(jìn)的互動關(guān)系。第四部分職業(yè)教育和科技二者問存在的問題。主要對職業(yè)教育和科技二者間不協(xié)調(diào)的問題進(jìn)行了研究。一是職業(yè)教育的傳統(tǒng)觀念與科技發(fā)展的不協(xié)調(diào)??萍嫉陌l(fā)展要求職業(yè)人員必須不斷學(xué)習(xí),而我國的職業(yè)教育由于受傳統(tǒng)職教思想、觀念的支配仍然是一種“終結(jié)性”的教育,顯然與科技的發(fā)展極不協(xié)調(diào)。二是職業(yè)教育的人才培養(yǎng)與科技發(fā)展的不協(xié)調(diào)??萍嫉陌l(fā)展需要一定數(shù)量的中、高級技術(shù)人才,而目前我國的初級工占了絕大多數(shù),而且實施的還是專才教育。三是職業(yè)教育的教學(xué)內(nèi)容與科技發(fā)展的不協(xié)調(diào)。通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),大部分職業(yè)學(xué)校的教學(xué)內(nèi)容與科技的發(fā)展水平相比,已經(jīng)太陳舊、過時了。四是職業(yè)教育的教學(xué)手段、教學(xué)方法與科技發(fā)展的不協(xié)調(diào)。通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)在大部分職業(yè)學(xué)校,很少使用現(xiàn)代化的教學(xué)手段。而且,教學(xué)方法仍采用傳統(tǒng)的滿堂灌,不讓學(xué)生發(fā)揮其主觀能動性,更不注重學(xué)生創(chuàng)造力的培養(yǎng)。五是職業(yè)教育與科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的不協(xié)調(diào)。我國科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化率低很重要的原因就是,職業(yè)教育沒有充分發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的功能和作用,如試驗示范功能等。第五部分職業(yè)教育和科技二者協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策與建議。通過研究和分析提出了職業(yè)教育和科技二者協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策與建議。一是要以科技為基準(zhǔn),用終身教育觀念辦職教。二是要以科技為導(dǎo)向,培養(yǎng)高技能、復(fù)合型人才,重視綜合能力的培養(yǎng)。三是要以科技為依據(jù),改革職業(yè)教育的課程體系和教學(xué)內(nèi)容。四是要以科技為后盾,采用現(xiàn)代的教育技術(shù),積極改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法。五是要充分發(fā)揮職業(yè)教育的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化功能。而且對每一項對策都提出了具體的實施辦法。關(guān)鍵詞職業(yè)教育科技互動關(guān)系Ⅱ
