    • 簡介:職業(yè)意識是人們對職業(yè)的認識、理解、情感和態(tài)度的總和,是支配和調控全部職業(yè)行為和職業(yè)活動的調節(jié)器。開展職業(yè)意識教育有利于落實中職校德育課新教學大綱的要求,有利于全面實施素質教育。在當前嚴峻的就業(yè)形勢下,更有利于引導學生順利實現就業(yè),通過提高學生的從業(yè)水平,培養(yǎng)高素質的從業(yè)者而促進社會和諧發(fā)展。本研究采用了問卷法,自行編制了具有較高信效度的調查問卷,對中職校學生職業(yè)意識現狀進行調查。根據收回的數據資料,分析歸納出學生職業(yè)意識的特點和存在問題,為進行職業(yè)意識教育提供依據和支持。通過調查數據的分析,中職校學生具備了一定的擇業(yè)就業(yè)意識和比較強烈的創(chuàng)業(yè)意識,但普遍缺乏清晰的職業(yè)定位和科學合理的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,職業(yè)意識較為淡薄。因此,對學生進行系統的職業(yè)意識培養(yǎng),并適當增加創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的內容,使其真正體現出中職學生的職業(yè)特點是當務之急。中職校德育課職業(yè)意識教育主要是在必修課職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和職業(yè)道德與法律中進行;另外,必修課經濟政治與社會和哲學與人生,以及選修課心理健康等課程的部分內容和職業(yè)意識教育也有很大關系。通過認真領會新修訂的中等職業(yè)學校德育課教學大綱的新理念,本文對各課程中與職業(yè)意識教育有關的教學內容、教學目標進行了全面而細致的分析。職業(yè)意識教育教學方法要創(chuàng)新。本文列舉了一些行之有效的教學實例,結合職業(yè)教育的特點,適應中職學生的學習方式和職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)模式的變化,通過案例教學、情境教學、現場教學、社會調查、社會實踐等方式,把德育課與職業(yè)活動、學生活動相結合,并開展職業(yè)意識分解訓練與指導,充分發(fā)揮學生主體作用,調動學生主動學習的積極性。在國際上,一些發(fā)達國家在近百年的教育發(fā)展歷程中,構建了完善的職業(yè)生涯教育理論。我國在職業(yè)教育方面起步較晚,在職業(yè)意識培養(yǎng)方面還沒有完整、系統的理論。兩相對比,發(fā)達國家職業(yè)意識教育對我國職業(yè)意識培養(yǎng)有著深刻的啟示。本文在查閱大量國外職業(yè)意識教育先進理論和模式的基礎上,提出了重視職業(yè)意識早期教育,著力提升民眾的職業(yè)教育觀念,形成“社會教育學校教育家庭教育”三級教育網絡,加強職業(yè)意識教育隊伍建設等建議??傊?,為了適應我國經濟社會發(fā)展和國民職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的需要,構建現代國民教育體系和終身教育體系,在新世紀的教育改革與發(fā)展中,我們應當積極借鑒發(fā)達國家的先進經驗,在我國教育中全面推進職業(yè)意識的培養(yǎng)。

    • 簡介:基子模塊課程模式的職業(yè)教育改革探索基于模塊課程模式的職業(yè)教育改革探索摘要職業(yè)教育主要是指引導學生掌握在某一特定的職業(yè)或某類職業(yè)中從業(yè)所需的實際技能、知識和認識而設計的教育近年來職業(yè)教育蓬勃興起,但很多院校仍習慣于以學科為本位的’‘三段論”基礎課技術墓礎課、專業(yè)課式的傳統教學模式,缺乏特色,已經不能適應現代教育改革發(fā)展的需要而課程改革是職業(yè)教育教學改革的核心任務,構建具有中國職業(yè)教育特色的課程模式已成為課程改革的必要“寬塞礎,活模塊,,KH課程模式,是一種取學科課程、活動課程、核心課程的課程觀之長,并借鑒德國使用雙元制的核心階梯課程、流行于北美等地區(qū)所使用的CBE能力模塊課程、國際勞工組織開發(fā)的MES所使用的技能模塊課程以及我國傳統的單科分段式課程等多種職教課程模式,以‘廣吸收、不套用、有創(chuàng)新”的方式,以市場經濟、科技進步作為背景推出的一種適用于職業(yè)教育,并與其它各級各類教育相互街接、相互溝通的新型的職業(yè)教育模塊式課程模式簽于模塊課程模式的職業(yè)教育改革有利于學生綜合能力的提高,有利于人才培養(yǎng)結構的優(yōu)化,有利于整個職業(yè)教育發(fā)展同時帶來整個教育思想、教育內容、教育方法、教育手段、教育模式、教育過程的一場深刻革命,使職業(yè)教育全面向素質教育轉變,職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)的人才能夠完全適應21世紀對人才發(fā)展的需求關鍵詞職業(yè)教育模塊課程模式“寬墓礎、活模塊”多媒體3基于模決課程棋式的職業(yè)教育改革探索職業(yè)學校培養(yǎng)目標上存在短期行為。一些學校沒有隨著社會的發(fā)展及時調整培養(yǎng)目標。在專業(yè)設置上不能根據市場的需要及時調整,所設專業(yè)結構不盡合理,對市場的適應性較差,熱的專業(yè)過熱,供過于求。冷的專業(yè)過冷,雖社會急需但無人問津。培養(yǎng)目標和課程設置之間、課程設置和崗位群的知識能力要求之間出現脫節(jié),畢業(yè)生的崗位適應性差,學到的東西也無用武之地。3人才規(guī)格結構不合理我國正處于經濟結構調整和轉型時期,對人才的需求量不斷增加,但目前高等院校培養(yǎng)的人才大多注重基礎理論的研究而缺乏實踐能力的培養(yǎng),雖然全國大中專院校每年也有上百萬人才輸送到各行各業(yè),但人才沒有明顯的結構差異,缺少一批既懂技術又懂理論又有動手能力的技藝型、管理型、實用型應用人才。這種狀況如不改變必然影響我國經濟的持續(xù)發(fā)展。按照我國當前國情和未來的發(fā)展趨勢,職業(yè)教育的培養(yǎng)目標應在兩個方面定位一是為本科院校培養(yǎng)后備人才二是為我國經濟建設前線培養(yǎng)具有一定專業(yè)理論知識和專業(yè)操作技術、技能的勞動者。這種特殊的培養(yǎng)目標必然要求有一種合適的課程體系與之對應。模塊課程模式的提出為職業(yè)教育改革指明了一個方向。22基于模塊課程模式的職業(yè)教育改革的意義1與國際職業(yè)教育接軌與國際接軌,是我國許多行業(yè)取得重大發(fā)展的重要措施,職業(yè)教育的改革與發(fā)展也不可能例外。同世界職業(yè)教育發(fā)達國家相比,我國職業(yè)教育建立較晚,一直沒有得到很大的發(fā)展。建立之初只是將職業(yè)教育作為高等教育的補充,在教學模式上照搬高等教育模式采用學科課程體系。這種做法在很大程度上彌補了高等學校畢業(yè)生的不足,卻嚴重制約了職業(yè)教育科學的研究和職業(yè)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。我國職業(yè)教育長期采用學科課程,從國家計劃招生開始,到學生分配工作為止。這固然與國家經濟體制和教育水平相一致,卻有悖于職業(yè)教育規(guī)律,也不符合教育心理學的要求。隨著我國市場經濟的建立和高等教育的進一步發(fā)展,職業(yè)教育與國際接軌勢在必行。與國際接軌,有利于國外職業(yè)教育數百年發(fā)展的經驗和科學成果的吸收利用,增強職業(yè)教育特色和畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)競爭能力,為經濟和社會發(fā)展提供合格的勞動力。試行模塊式教學正是促使職業(yè)教育與國際接軌的一條可行途徑。2提高學生競爭能力,適應市場需求在各類職業(yè)教育中,中等專業(yè)學校接近真正的職業(yè)教育,其操作能力培養(yǎng)在各類職業(yè)學校中最為成熟,是我國職業(yè)教育的中堅力量。但由于長期采用學科知識教學體系,重知識,重學科系統性,強調學生研究能力的培養(yǎng),與高等學校的教學模式嚴重雷同。在人才短缺和計劃經濟的時代,中專學校大大彌補了高等院校及其畢業(yè)生的嚴重不足,為國家做出了巨大貢獻。到了今天,隨著經濟的發(fā)展,高等教育也得到了很大發(fā)展,高校畢業(yè)生處于相對過剩的局面。與高等學校雷同的人才模式使得中專畢業(yè)生在就業(yè)競爭中處于絕對劣勢,繼而嚴重影響了學校的招生,高等院校的連續(xù)大規(guī)模擴招也大大激化了這一進程。相反,國家經濟和企業(yè)發(fā)展急需的技術工人等操作型的勞
