簡介:遼寧師范大學教育碩士研究生學位論文論文題目中等職業(yè)學校學生品德教育任重道遠研究生王淑琴指導教師劉桂專業(yè)方向學科教學思想政治教育年級2003級遼寧師范大學研究生部2005年4月中等職業(yè)學校學生品德教育任重道遠育在培養(yǎng)學生全面發(fā)展中起主導作用。但是長期咀來,一些概念的界定使人產生誤解,是從品德、思想品德、政治思想品德方面進行評價,還是從道德、思想道德、政治思想道德方面進行評價搞清楚這些概念,有助于更好的開展德育I作,對學生進行品德教育。我們不妨回顧一卜關于學生德育評價的幾種提法。1首先,我們先看一看1988年以來,國家黨政機關有關文件的提法,1988年8月20目,國家教委頒發(fā)了中學德育大綱試行稿?!按缶V”明確規(guī)定“中學德育目標包括思想、政治、道德品質、個性心理素質和熊力等方面。通過中學階段的教育。使學生達到以下目標熱愛祖國,擁護黨在社會主義初級階段的基本路線初步樹立為人民服務的思想和為實現(xiàn)社會主義現(xiàn)代化而奮斗的志向;具有良好的道德品質和文明行為具有誠實正直、自尊自強、勤勞勇敢、開拓進取等品質和一定的道德判斷能力及自我教育能力,成為有理想、有道德、有文化、有紀律的社會主義公民。“”1988年12月,中共中央關于改革和加強中小學德育工作的通知指出,“加強和改進學校的德育工作。繼續(xù)加強愛國主義、遵紀守法和社會公德教育,進行中華民族傳統(tǒng)羊U革命傳統(tǒng)教育,實施勞動技能以及心理健康教育,培養(yǎng)學生具有良好的道德、健康的心理和高尚的情操。”通知還指出在中小學教育中,“德育即思想品德和政治教育”,“中小學教育階段是青少年兒童長身體、長知識的時期,是對他們進行道德情操、心理品質和行為習慣養(yǎng)成教育的最佳時期,也是為他們樹立科學的人生觀、世界觀和形成正確的政治態(tài)度奠定基礎的重要時期”。?!?992年3月國家教委的職業(yè)高級中學學生學籍管理暫行規(guī)定J中規(guī)定“德育考評的內容,包括學生的政治覺悟、思想意識、道德品質、組織紀律以及學習和勞動中的表現(xiàn)等?!啊?993年,中共中央、國務院印發(fā)的中國教育改革和發(fā)展綱要中提出“用馬列主義、毛澤東思想和建設有中國特色社會主義理論教育學生,把堅定正確的政治方向擺在首位培養(yǎng)有理想、有道德、有文化、有紀律的社會主義新人,是學校德育即思想政治和品德教育的根本任務?!啊?994年7月國家關于中國教育改革和方針綱要實施意見指出,“要遵循青少年和兒童思想品德形成發(fā)展的規(guī)律和社會發(fā)展的要求,科學地規(guī)劃人、中、小學德育的目標、內容和實施途徑,加強整體銜接。對中小學重點進行文明禮貌、遵紀守法、公民義務和基本道德規(guī)范教育。對中學高年級和大學的學生要簡明扼要地講授馬克思主義的基本觀點,組織々生認真學習毛澤爾同忐的重要哲學著作,特別是學習鄧小平L吾I志建醴有中國特色的社會主義理論?!薄?998年3月國家教委的中小學德育工作規(guī)程指出“德育是對學生進行政治、思想、道德和心理品質教育,是中小學素質教育的重要組成部分”“’1999年6月13日,中共中央國務院關于深化教育改革全面推進素質教育的決定指FJ;,“各級各類學校必須更加重視德育T作,以馬克思列。J‘主義、毛澤末思想和郡小平理論為指導,按照德育總體目標和學生成規(guī)律,確定不同學齡階段的德育內容和要求,在培養(yǎng)學生的思想品德和行為規(guī)范方面要形成一定的目標遞進層次。”8’2000年3H2J日中共中央國務院關_F進一步加強和改進朱成年人思想道德建毆的若,

簡介:中央民族大學碩士學位論文“訂單式”中等職業(yè)教育模式探析以河南省周口市海燕職業(yè)中專為個案姓名指導教師院系部所專業(yè)完成日期欒晨董艷副教授教育學院教育學原理2007年4月業(yè)教育模式進行了研究,認為“訂單式”中等職業(yè)教育模式是較好地使我國中等職業(yè)教育走出困境的教育模式之一,并提出今后為更好推廣使用這一教育模式需要解決的問題。是對我國中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展方向的有益探索,具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本文的章節(jié)安排如下引言本章主要介紹文章的選題的緣起、背景、研究目的、選題意義、文獻綜述及核心概念界定、研究方法及研究步驟。第一章“訂單式”中等職業(yè)教育模式產生的背景本章首先介紹了我國中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展歷史、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并由此引出“訂單式”中等職業(yè)教育模式這一使中等職業(yè)教育走出困境教育的模式,介紹了這一模式的發(fā)展背景。第二章“訂單式”中等職業(yè)教育模式個案剖析本章主要以海燕職業(yè)中專為個案對“訂單式”教育模式進行進一步分析。首先對該校進行簡單介紹,重點介紹了作者發(fā)現(xiàn)該校與眾不同的幾點特色經驗;然后介紹了作者對學員、學員家長、用人單位及校方的訪談和對學員的問卷調查結果。第三章對“訂單式”中等職業(yè)教育模式的理性思考本章主要介紹了“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式的實施程序及特征優(yōu)點;并提出為了更好地發(fā)展“訂單式”教育模式需要注意的一些問題;最后指出“訂單式”教育對職業(yè)教育改革的意義。結語該部分由對“訂單式”教育模式的分析研究,引發(fā)對中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展方向的一些思考。關鍵詞中等職業(yè)教育,周口市海燕職業(yè)中專,“訂單式”教育模式

簡介:遼寧師范大學教育碩士研究生學位論文論文題目在職業(yè)學?;瘜W教學中滲透心理素質教育的研究研究生姓名付桂紅指導教師姚志強專業(yè)方向學科教學化學年級2004遼寧師范大學研究生部2006年3月20日在職業(yè)學校化學教學中滲透心理素質教育的研究素質是職業(yè)學校義不容辭的責任。在化學學科教學中,教師抓住一切可以利用的因素,從課堂教學到課外活動,從理論教學到化學實驗,從教材到各種教具等等,都能夠作為心理素質教育的載體。只要教師逸用得當,是完全能夠收到心理素質教育的良好效果。11問題的提出二十一世紀對于中華民族來說是一個充滿機遇又遍布挑戰(zhàn)的世紀,高速度、快節(jié)奏、商科技、高競爭已成為必然的發(fā)展趨勢。因此,作為二十一世紀中國舞臺上中堅力量的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)學校的畢業(yè)生,必須具備能適應社會要求的高素質。而在人的綜合素質中,心理素質顯得尤為重要。職業(yè)學校的培養(yǎng)目標是通過對學生進行思想政治教育和職業(yè)道德教育,通過職業(yè)知識的傳授和職業(yè)技能的培養(yǎng),全面提高學生的素質,使他們成為社會各條戰(zhàn)線的中級技術力量。要想實現(xiàn)這樣的目標,需要職業(yè)學校對學生實施全方位的教育和引導,其中包括對學生進行具有職業(yè)特色的、針對性強的心理素質教育。中等職業(yè)學校的學生是懷著各自不同的復雜的心態(tài)跨入職校大門的,他們存在著各種各樣的心理問題,缺乏適應社會的能力。如何通過心理素質教育科學地調試他們的心態(tài),提高他們的心理健康水平,增強他們的心理素質,這是事關職業(yè)教育質量,事關跨世紀的一代能否成為合格的社會主義建設者和接班人的大事。心理學認為,影響學生學習效果的因素很多,可以人體分成藕類一是屬于客觀方面的,如教師教材、教法、班級氣氛以及社會風氣等;二是屬于學生方面的,如原有的知識經駿、能力的發(fā)展水平以及學習動機等。學生獲得知識的過程是在教師的教育之下實現(xiàn)的,教師傳授知識、學生獲得知識是通過學生的積極心理活動實現(xiàn)的。沒有學生的々7習動機,沒彳了學生的感知、記憶、想象、思維等心理活動,一切知識的獲得都是不可能的?,F(xiàn)代教育理論認為,教學不是以單純的傳授知識為目的。而以全面提高入的素質為目的。教書是手段育人是目的;即教學過程是一個育人的過程,也是一個心理輔導的過程。多年的教學實踐,使我反復思考這樣一個問題考入職業(yè)學校的學生,就智力而言大體相同,學好中專化學應不成問題。然而后來為什么分化會那么嚴重,有的甚至面臨難過畢業(yè)關的困境追蹤及收集這些學生的資料表明這些學生有一個共同特點是心理素質欠佳,主要表現(xiàn)是厭學和自卑,即學習興趣不濃,自信心不足。為使學生學好化學和心理健康,需要教育者在教學中有意滲透心理素質教育化學作為一門學科教學,是學校教育的中心環(huán)節(jié),如何在教學的各個環(huán)節(jié)中滲透心理素質教育,提高學生心理素質水平,是我們教育工作者急待回答的一個重大理論問題和實踐問題。12培養(yǎng)學生健康的心理素質意義首先。開展心理素質教育是現(xiàn)代化教育的需要;心理教育是時代教育的主題之一,1989年在北京召開的20世紀教育國際研討會提出了三張“通行證”的觀點。人的一生中席該具有三張“通行證”,一張是學術性的,一張是職業(yè)性的,一張則證明一個人的事業(yè)心和創(chuàng)造力。而且一個人缺少第三張,前兩張就不能得到發(fā)揮,而第三張通行證的獲2

簡介:本文針對高中階段會面臨的升學和就業(yè)問題及日趨嚴峻的就業(yè)形勢,提出在高中階段進行職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育的必要性和重要性。本文主要通過對相關教育理論和職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展理論的梳理,結合國內外的中學職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育研究已取得的經驗,來探討我國高中階段實施職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育的內容和模式,并對開展高中階段的職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育涉及的課程、師資和評估等相關問題進行討論。本文主要采取文獻綜合法,通過對已有文獻資料的閱讀和分析,了解職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育問題的發(fā)展和趨勢;同時采用訪談法,跟職業(yè)規(guī)劃研究領域中的專家學者進行交流,了解他們對此問題的看法和意見;并在研究過程中通過調查法和個案研究的方法來得到高中學生對于職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育的相關信息。本文共分五章第一章為導論部分,主要說明“為什么要進行高中生職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育的研究”并介紹研究方法和研究意義。第二章為職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育的概述,通過對相關概念的表述來提出“什么是職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育”并通過職業(yè)相關因素和高中生特質的分析來說明“為什么要在高中階段進行職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育”。第三章是高中階段職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育的理論基礎,對理論的分析和整理有助于實踐的發(fā)展。第四章是高中階段職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育的實施部分,其中包括對國內外研究現(xiàn)狀的了解和分析、我國職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育實施的細節(jié)闡述和實施中涉及的課程、師資等相關問題的探討。第五章為結語,通過對高中階段職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育問題的社會支持體系的分析,對職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育的前景進行展望。
