簡介:浙江師范大學公共管理碩士論文我國高等學校榮譽教育研究THEHONOREDUCATIONINCHINA’SINSTITUTIONSOFHIGHEREDUCATION黃超翔HUANGCHAOXIANG導師劉堯TUTORLIUYAO浙江師范大學教師教育學院2011年3月20目我國高等學校榮譽教育研究我國高等教育經(jīng)過20世紀仞的擴招,到2010年已進入高等教育大眾化階段面對激勵的國際競爭,高等教育已將重心從量的提升轉(zhuǎn)向全面提高教育質(zhì)量和建設人力資源強國的新階段。榮譽教存是在高等教育大眾化階段,針對拔尖優(yōu)秀學生而設計的一種培養(yǎng)模式,旨在滿足那些有基礎、有興趣、有潛力、有發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才的學刊需求,培養(yǎng)其成為拔尖創(chuàng)新的精英人一。本文共有四大部分。第~部分從必要性和Q,行性兩個角度,說明了我國高等教育進入大眾化階段,各級備類高等學校有必要也有條件丌展培養(yǎng)拔尖人彳的榮譽教育。第二音FI分介紹了作.IJ榮譽教育起源地的美國,百余年來所形成的較為成熟的榮譽教育的特點。第三部分是我國高水平研究型大學從自發(fā)探索到國家重點支持所開展的榮譽教育及形成的特點。第四部分足|三L浙江省的部分地方高等學校為例,說明地方高等學校根據(jù)自身的基礎和條件,在一定范圍內(nèi)所丌展的榮譽教育和一般特點。本文借鑒美國較為成熟的榮譽教育和我國高水平研究型大學、地方高等學校榮譽教育的研究成果,總結出高等學校丌展榮譽教育的一般特點有明確的人才培養(yǎng)目標,有合適的人彳選拔標準.注重學生的個性化培養(yǎng)。關鍵詞高等學校;榮譽教育;培養(yǎng)目標人刊選拔個性化

簡介:華中師范大學博士學位論文論高等教育功能的失調(diào)與調(diào)適姓名張國強申請學位級別博士專業(yè)教育學原理指導教師董澤芳20080501⑧博士學位論文DOCTJRALDISSERL’ARI‘N時間演變的“自然次序”和中心轉(zhuǎn)換的“歷史次序”,我國高等教育可分為傳統(tǒng)高等教育時期、現(xiàn)代高等教育初建與分化時期、高等教育改造與整合時期、高等教育恢復與發(fā)展時期等四個時期。在不同的歷史時期,高等教育功能在功能取向、功能行動汞L功能結果等方面均表現(xiàn)出不同的特征。高等教育功能變遷是高等教育隨社會發(fā)展不斷調(diào)適的結果,其中失調(diào)與調(diào)適相伴而行,外岡與內(nèi)因相互作用,外部因素影響較人,政府具有決定性的作用。然后,通過對17~18世紀歐洲傳統(tǒng)高等教育、20世紀30~40年代日德高等教育、20世紀60~70年代我國高等教育和20世紀70~80年代前蘇聯(lián)高等教育的衰退與危機分析,我們可以看出,高等教育危機源丁功能的火調(diào),遵循高等教育發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律是避免高等教育功能失調(diào)的前提,因此高等教育系統(tǒng)必須堅持育人為本,必須正確處理政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等社會因素與高等教育之間的關系,必須保障高等教育的相對獨立與學術白由。面對知識經(jīng)濟、社會轉(zhuǎn)型等外部挑戰(zhàn)以及高等教育人眾化、國際化、終身化、網(wǎng)絡化等內(nèi)部變化,高等教育必須與時俱進、及時調(diào)適,實現(xiàn)功能取向的平衡與綜合、功能行動的豐富與增效、功能結果的強化與拓展。第三部分是對高等教育功能失調(diào)與調(diào)適的現(xiàn)實考察,由第四章和第五章構成。當前我國高等教育在功能上出現(xiàn)了全面的失調(diào)現(xiàn)象,在功能取向上表現(xiàn)為社會取向過重、文化取向萎縮和育人取向弱化,在功能行動上表現(xiàn)為教學、科研和社會服務等行為的偏差與失效,在功能結果上表現(xiàn)為重社會功能、輕個體功能在社會功能中義重社會整合,輕合理分化重社會適應,輕社會引領;重政治、經(jīng)濟功能,輕文化、科技功能。高等教育功能失調(diào)會給社會各界帶來危害在高教領域?qū)е潞鲆晫W生成長、育人質(zhì)量下降,缺乏獨立意識、批判精神散失,進而因整體形象坍塌引發(fā)發(fā)展危機;在學術界會導致道德滑坡、學術失范和環(huán)境惡化;在社會領域則造成功利思想泛濫、人文精神失落,機會分配不均、社會流動受阻,同時因發(fā)展動力不足而導致前進水平受限。功能失調(diào)的根源在于社會環(huán)境中政治體制、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境和文化觀念等方面的制約,政府在高等教育管理中的缺陷,以及高等教育自身在觀念、結構等方面的不足。針對當前情況,本文認為應該從社會、政府和高等教育三者入手進行功能調(diào)適,即調(diào)節(jié)社會需求,擴大社會參與;協(xié)調(diào)政府與高等學校的關系,進行合理分權、健全宏觀調(diào)控、優(yōu)化資源配置;從觀念、行動、資源、結構、體制、機制等方面加大高教系統(tǒng)自身建設,從而實現(xiàn)高等教育功能的優(yōu)化與凋適。教育是人類最美好的希望,本文期望通過對當前我國高等教育功能失調(diào)現(xiàn)象的研究,使人們能夠在我國高等教育跨越式發(fā)展的前進歷稃中多一些理性的思考和審視,幫助高等教育回歸本質(zhì),擔負起自身的歷史使命,真正成為社會的中心。關鍵詞高等教育;高等教育功能;功能取向;功能行動功能結果功能失調(diào);功能調(diào)適

簡介:密級學號23126題目一■碩士學位論文陜西省高等教育與經(jīng)濟JE塑煎筮星嬰窒作者指導教師學科專業(yè)提交日期王麗芳李延平副教授教育史二00六年五月第五部分,探討影響陜西省高等教育與經(jīng)濟非均衡發(fā)展的原因。文章首先從比較教育學學科角度出發(fā),運用多因素分析法,探討影響陜西省高等教育發(fā)展的歷史原因和現(xiàn)實原因。陜西省關中平原悠久的歷史、深厚的文化底蘊吸引了眾多學子來陜求學;同時,陜西省已有高等教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為社會力量辦學提供了便利的條件;而國家與地方的重要教育政策以及陜西省的人口增長速度和地域結構等更是推動了陜西省高等教育的發(fā)展。其次,由于陜西省落后的經(jīng)濟條件,導致省內(nèi)高層次人才流失嚴重,高??蒲谐晒F(xiàn)實生產(chǎn)力轉(zhuǎn)化率較低,阻礙了高等教育對地方經(jīng)濟的推動作用,使二者非均衡發(fā)展態(tài)勢更加嚴重。此外,高等教育自身存在的問題更進一步加劇了二者之間的不平衡發(fā)展。第六部分,提出陜西省高等教育和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的價值取向。后現(xiàn)代主義認為,理論并不總是與現(xiàn)實相符合,因此,我們應正視區(qū)域高等教育和經(jīng)濟之間的非連續(xù)性和差異性,并認識到二者非均衡發(fā)展多樣性的存在。另~方面,從理論與社會發(fā)展的角度來看,陜西省高等教育與地方經(jīng)濟應存在適切性,因此,我們必須采取相應的措施,促進陜西省高等教育與經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)和均衡發(fā)展。總之,區(qū)域高等教育與經(jīng)濟之間的不均衡發(fā)展是現(xiàn)階段的客觀存在,我們必須承認、正視并努力改變這種現(xiàn)實。但是,我們也應認識到,這種非均衡發(fā)展是相對的而非絕對的,以陜西省為例,高等教育雖然對經(jīng)濟增長的促進作用不是很大,但是它在提高人們的社會參與意識、促進社會公平、提高人口素質(zhì)方面的作用不可忽視,而這些也正是全面的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀的重要內(nèi)容。關鍵詞陜西省區(qū)域高等教育區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡發(fā)展1I

簡介:分類號學校代碼10542密級學號200809210120高等教育國際化背景下我國地方院校開展中外合作辦學對策研究ONTHECOUNTERMEASURESOFCHINESEFOREIGNCOOPERATIVEEDUCATIONPROGRAMSINLOCALUNIVERSITIESUNDERTHEBACKGROUND0FINTERNATIONALIZATIONOFHIGHEREDUCATION研究方湖南師范大學學位評定委員會辦公室二00年十月摘要F4LTFRLRRLFIIRLRLLLILLLFRRLILLLLFLRRLLLLLLLIIFULY1862019隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展,高等教育國際化成為必然趨勢,中外合作辦學是我國高等教育國際化的主要形式,是我國各高校提高辦學層次,擴大辦學規(guī)模的重要舉措。作為我國高等教育體系重要組成部份和我國高等教育大眾化主力軍的地方院校必須正視國際化,適應國際化,積極開展中外合作辦學,引進國外優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源和先進辦學經(jīng)驗和模式,促進我國高等教育的改革,實現(xiàn)教育創(chuàng)新,力爭在未來高等教育市場上占有一席之地。在高等教育國際化和經(jīng)濟全球化趨勢下,深入探討我國地方院校中外合作辦學問題,對于占我國高等教育體系多數(shù)的地方院校自身發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實應用價值,又對推動我國高等教育國際化健康發(fā)展具有一定實踐意義。高等教育國際化與中外合作辦學相輔相成,相互促進。我國地方院校綜合實力普遍較弱,中外合作辦學起步晚、層次低,中外合作辦學項目難以獲教育主管部門批準,優(yōu)質(zhì)生源緊缺、競爭大,引進優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源力度不夠,教育教學不規(guī)范導致學生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量不高,學校對外交往水平有待進一步提高,辦學資金緊缺。為此,地方院校需要充分利用開展中外合作辦學的后發(fā)優(yōu)勢、區(qū)域優(yōu)勢及特色優(yōu)勢,以引進、借鑒國外優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源和辦學經(jīng)驗為目標,規(guī)范管理,保證質(zhì)量。同時,國家應當著眼于規(guī)范發(fā)展地方院校中外合作辦學和加強其自身建設發(fā)展,優(yōu)化地方高等學校中外合作辦學的制度和政策環(huán)境,為地方院校中外合作辦學奠定堅實基礎,促進地方院校中外合作辦學可持續(xù)發(fā)展。關鍵詞高等教育國際化;地方院校;中外合作辦學
