    • 簡(jiǎn)介:高等職業(yè)教育類院校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)模式探析重慶大學(xué)工程碩士學(xué)位論文工程碩士周浪指導(dǎo)教師李蜀慶副教授兼職導(dǎo)師聶華高級(jí)工程師工程領(lǐng)域環(huán)境工程重慶大學(xué)資源及環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)院二00八年五月重慶大學(xué)工程碩士學(xué)位論文中文摘要摘要從環(huán)境工程專業(yè)教學(xué)特點(diǎn)、時(shí)代需求出發(fā),簡(jiǎn)述高職院校開設(shè)環(huán)境工程專業(yè)的必要性和可能性,對(duì)高職院校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)方向設(shè)置、課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)模式以及辦學(xué)模式等進(jìn)行了探索研究,并以重慶市為例進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析,進(jìn)而對(duì)我國(guó)高職院校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)的教學(xué)改革和人才培養(yǎng)模式提出一些建議,旨在培養(yǎng)新型實(shí)用的人才,培養(yǎng)出高素質(zhì)的專業(yè)型環(huán)保人才。目前全國(guó)高職院校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)方向設(shè)置上主要存在的問題是專業(yè)方向單一,而目前市場(chǎng)需要的是多種多樣的環(huán)保人才,專業(yè)方向過于單一就會(huì)使學(xué)生就業(yè)面狹窄。本文運(yùn)用層次分析法分析高職院校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)方向的設(shè)置,按專業(yè)知識(shí)內(nèi)容、行業(yè)類別、人才培養(yǎng)層次類型劃分專業(yè)方向,運(yùn)用層次分析法比較分析它們的權(quán)重,最后得出高職院校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)方向設(shè)置的方案。通過重慶工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院環(huán)境工程專業(yè)的課程設(shè)置可以看出,目前在課程設(shè)置上存在的主要問題是缺乏必要的實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)于高職高專院校來說,主要的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是使學(xué)生具有一定的理論基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),同時(shí)須具有較扎實(shí)的實(shí)際工作能力和應(yīng)用能力,具有較強(qiáng)的解決問題和工程的能力。在教學(xué)模式的研究中,對(duì)現(xiàn)有高職環(huán)境專業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究,為課程設(shè)置中增加實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的要求,提出全新的“32L’教學(xué)模式,即學(xué)生用3學(xué)期的時(shí)間學(xué)完教學(xué)計(jì)劃設(shè)置的基礎(chǔ)課、專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課和主干專業(yè)課經(jīng)雙向選擇到環(huán)境污染治理設(shè)計(jì)、控制、設(shè)施運(yùn)行管理的生產(chǎn)一線崗位學(xué)習(xí)、工作1年兩學(xué)期,期滿后再回學(xué)校用一個(gè)學(xué)期時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)部分專業(yè)理論課,拓寬知識(shí)面的選修課及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作需補(bǔ)充的知識(shí),并完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)。各院??梢愿鶕?jù)自己的實(shí)際情況對(duì)這一模式進(jìn)行調(diào)整。最后,以實(shí)證法為基礎(chǔ),主要通過對(duì)重慶市部分高職院校的走訪,在此基礎(chǔ)上歸納分析現(xiàn)有高職環(huán)境工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)和辦學(xué)模式存在的問題,在辦學(xué)模式研究中,著重研究了校企合作辦學(xué)模式。總之,本文對(duì)高職環(huán)境專業(yè)的方向設(shè)置、教學(xué)模式、人才培養(yǎng)模式等進(jìn)行了可行性的研究,對(duì)指導(dǎo)高職院校環(huán)境工程的教學(xué)改革和發(fā)展具有參考作用。關(guān)鍵詞環(huán)境工程,高職院校,人才培養(yǎng)模式

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:廣西師范大學(xué)碩士研究生學(xué)位論文Y784981柳州市人力資源開發(fā)與現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的構(gòu)建院系教育科學(xué)學(xué)院年級(jí)2002級(jí)學(xué)科專業(yè)教育經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理研究方向高等教育管理導(dǎo)師馬佳宏教授研究生洪柳完成時(shí)間2005年4月廣西桂林柳州市人力資源開發(fā)與現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的構(gòu)建人力資源強(qiáng)市。國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于大力推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展的決定提出“力爭(zhēng)在‘十五’期間初步建立起適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,與市場(chǎng)需求和勞動(dòng)就業(yè)緊密結(jié)合,結(jié)構(gòu)合理、靈活開放、特色鮮明、自主發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系?!爆F(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系是現(xiàn)代國(guó)民教育體系和終身教育體系的重要組成部分。柳州市原有職業(yè)教育體系在層次結(jié)構(gòu)、專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、布局結(jié)構(gòu)、管理結(jié)構(gòu)等方面存在著中等職業(yè)教育與高等職業(yè)教育銜接不暢通,職業(yè)教育的專業(yè)和課程設(shè)置等不能適麻就業(yè)市場(chǎng)對(duì)人才規(guī)格的需求.市區(qū)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的總體態(tài)勢(shì)較好、而所轄六縣的職業(yè)教育發(fā)展緩慢和職業(yè)教育的管理體制尚未理順,存在條塊分割的現(xiàn)象等諸多問題,這些問題嚴(yán)重影響到柳州市職業(yè)教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,也不利于柳I,I,I市人力資源的開發(fā)和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的推進(jìn)。因此,加快柳州市職業(yè)教育的改革與發(fā)展,構(gòu)建有利于開發(fā)柳州市人力資源,提高柳州市勞動(dòng)力的整體素質(zhì),促進(jìn)柳州市經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)柳州市城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系是一個(gè)值得認(rèn)真思考和探討的問題。本文正是基于上述認(rèn)識(shí)之上,先分析柳州市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展期待人力資源開發(fā)而發(fā)展職業(yè)教育則是開發(fā)柳州市人力資源的有效手段,然后探討柳州市職業(yè)教育存在的一個(gè)突出問題即結(jié)構(gòu)體系不合理,最后就如何構(gòu)建適合柳州市經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展需要,有利T柳州市人力資源開發(fā)的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系,進(jìn)行比較深入的富有前瞻性的研究和構(gòu)想。希望本研究可供有關(guān)部門進(jìn)行教育決策時(shí)參考。2
