簡(jiǎn)介:Y923299??凇坏豈塑2N塹”∞QGL學(xué)校代日』Q魚_四川師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文甘孜藏族自治州職業(yè)教育發(fā)展研究趙亮培養(yǎng)單位凹川啞鯊盤堂絲溢生藍(lán)型堂I童指導(dǎo)教師互咂塹職稱副教授專業(yè)名稱逯理與熬堂適研究方向』L撞』L進(jìn)J生監(jiān)玉生班』L授予學(xué)位H馴墊Q生籃臼FJ甘孜藏族自治州職業(yè)教育發(fā)展研究課程與教學(xué)論專業(yè)研究生趙亮指導(dǎo)教師萬(wàn)順福摘要針對(duì)當(dāng)前區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、區(qū)域教育、職業(yè)教育研究的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)區(qū)域內(nèi)部的職業(yè)教育發(fā)展研究不充分,本研究試圖通過(guò)對(duì)甘孜藏族自治州的職業(yè)教育的實(shí)證研究,結(jié)合教育經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,探尋出一個(gè)區(qū)域內(nèi)的職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的弱勢(shì)和瓶頸,并最終尋找力求解決的出路,提出發(fā)展甘孜減族自治州職業(yè)教育的建議和措施。本論文分四部分來(lái)進(jìn)行論述第一部分甘孜藏族自治州的概況及職業(yè)教育的作用。對(duì)職業(yè)教育進(jìn)行了界定;概述州內(nèi)的自然條件、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、人力資源現(xiàn)狀及職業(yè)教育對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)揮的直接影響力。第二部分甘孜藏族自治州職業(yè)教育的歷史與現(xiàn)狀。從清末民初的職業(yè)教育創(chuàng)建開(kāi)始,分為三個(gè)階段,闡述了時(shí)至今日的職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀。第三部分甘孜藏族自治州職業(yè)教育的SWOT分析。以管理學(xué)分析工具SWOT分析法,對(duì)甘孜藏族自治州職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行深度剖析。第四部分甘孜藏族自治州職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展探討。根據(jù)分析提出甘孜藏族自治州的職業(yè)教育發(fā)展應(yīng)以中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展為戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn),解決學(xué)生入學(xué)難和就業(yè)難為突破口。本文嘗試通過(guò)以國(guó)家、省級(jí)財(cái)政設(shè)立全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,減免貧困學(xué)生學(xué)費(fèi),補(bǔ)助生活費(fèi);應(yīng)用高等教育助學(xué)貸款模式于職業(yè)教育;與政府簽訂合同,接受免費(fèi)職業(yè)教育,學(xué)成留州工作;工學(xué)結(jié)合,以工替學(xué),代替學(xué)費(fèi)這些方案吸引學(xué)生就讀職業(yè)學(xué)校。以設(shè)置專門調(diào)研組,確定所缺人才婁型,確定職業(yè)教育招生專業(yè);企業(yè)進(jìn)入教育培訓(xùn)過(guò)程,加大“定單”培養(yǎng)力度;落實(shí)“人才”政策,給予適當(dāng)?shù)奈镔|(zhì)報(bào)酬等措施解決學(xué)生就業(yè)難,就業(yè)不理想的問(wèn)題,使接受職業(yè)教育的學(xué)生對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到應(yīng)有的作用,學(xué)生得到應(yīng)有的回報(bào)。

簡(jiǎn)介:職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)社會(huì)所需要的具有一定職業(yè)技能的人才,應(yīng)尋求適于學(xué)校發(fā)展的辦學(xué)之路。訂單教育是職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的一條有效途徑。本文擬從訂單教育的涵義、實(shí)施動(dòng)因、存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策進(jìn)行理論上的初步探討。當(dāng)前訂單教育的實(shí)施受職業(yè)學(xué)校、企業(yè)和學(xué)生三方面需要驅(qū)動(dòng)。就學(xué)校而言,可以拉動(dòng)招生,解決專業(yè)設(shè)置矛盾,拓寬辦學(xué)渠道對(duì)企業(yè)而言,有助于解決勞動(dòng)力結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾,規(guī)避培訓(xùn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與降低培訓(xùn)成本,滿足批量吸納勞動(dòng)力需要,降低勞動(dòng)力篩選成本對(duì)學(xué)生而言,有助于其改變因用工信息不對(duì)等而處于勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)弱者的狀況,增大個(gè)人教育選擇的博弈勝算。任何事物都有其兩面性,訂單教育也不例外,它在發(fā)展的過(guò)程中還存在一些問(wèn)題。諸如缺乏較系統(tǒng)的理論研究,在實(shí)踐過(guò)程中存在被泛化的傾向;職業(yè)學(xué)校較難把握課程結(jié)構(gòu)的銜接與教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)置;訂單對(duì)于企業(yè)具有法律的形式,無(wú)法律的效力;校企雙方簽訂的訂單內(nèi)容變化性較大等。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,本文提出一些對(duì)策思考積極尋求企業(yè)的需求與支撐;職業(yè)學(xué)校自身增強(qiáng)辦學(xué)實(shí)力和專業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì);建立學(xué)校與社會(huì)間的教育信息網(wǎng)絡(luò),學(xué)校主動(dòng)尋求訂單、創(chuàng)造訂單;設(shè)立專門機(jī)構(gòu),校企共同開(kāi)發(fā)課程;加大對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)資源投入力度,為實(shí)行訂單教育奠定物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ);加強(qiáng)“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),為實(shí)行訂單教育提供人力資源保障;加強(qiáng)政府引導(dǎo)功能,為實(shí)行訂單教育創(chuàng)建良好外部環(huán)境。

簡(jiǎn)介:近年來(lái),我國(guó)高職院校的心理健康教育工作取得了階段性的成效,主要體現(xiàn)在對(duì)心理健康教育的認(rèn)識(shí)不斷提高,重視程度不斷增強(qiáng),師資力量逐年強(qiáng)化,教學(xué)水平穩(wěn)步提高,學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)和其他各項(xiàng)綜合素質(zhì)有效提升。這既得益于全社會(huì)對(duì)大學(xué)生心理健康教育的廣泛關(guān)注和共同努力,也得益于高校教育事業(yè)的長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步。同時(shí),也應(yīng)該清醒地認(rèn)識(shí)到,高職院校在心理健康教育上還存在較大的不足和差距,不能滿足社會(huì)、學(xué)校、師生對(duì)大學(xué)生心理健康教育水平的需求和期待。與國(guó)外相比,我國(guó)高校心理健康教育開(kāi)展較晚、經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足、體系機(jī)制不完善,這就使得我們對(duì)心理健康教育的理論探討和實(shí)證研究存在不足,突出表現(xiàn)在對(duì)心理健康教育的理念和模式討論的多,對(duì)模式的有效性探究的少對(duì)研究樣本選取的多,對(duì)樣本深入挖掘和分析的少對(duì)國(guó)外前沿理論關(guān)注的多,對(duì)一線教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)提煉總結(jié)的少總而言之,作為一名高職院校的心理健康教育工作者,筆者認(rèn)為,應(yīng)始終把“以人為本”怍為評(píng)判心理健康教育模式之功效的首要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),既要充分重視大學(xué)生心理健康教育模式的理論建構(gòu),同時(shí)還要進(jìn)行模式功效評(píng)判的實(shí)證探究。從高職院校的教學(xué)實(shí)際出發(fā),將解決大學(xué)生心理健康教育中的問(wèn)題作為切入點(diǎn),探尋適合高職院校心理健康教育的科學(xué)規(guī)律。本文試圖在借鑒一些成熟做法的基礎(chǔ)上,選取嘉興南洋職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院作為研究個(gè)案,通過(guò)考察嘉興南洋職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院心理健康工作的總體現(xiàn)狀、工作中存在的主要問(wèn)題,從而對(duì)影響該校心理健康教育工作的因素進(jìn)行分析,重點(diǎn)闡述該校學(xué)生心理健康教育的模式和存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),繼而針對(duì)當(dāng)前該校心理健康教育工作的現(xiàn)狀及工作中存在的弊端,提出進(jìn)一步完善嘉興南洋職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院心理健康教育模式的對(duì)策,即結(jié)合該校實(shí)際情況,充分考慮高職學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)特點(diǎn),采取多元化、多層次的心理健康教育模式,從而為提升心理健康教育模式之有效性提供樣本意義上的嘗試和探索。
