    • 簡(jiǎn)介:編號(hào)碩士學(xué)位論文碩士學(xué)位論文題目我國(guó)我國(guó)普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的問題研究普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的問題研究培養(yǎng)單位沈陽師范大學(xué)專業(yè)名稱職業(yè)技術(shù)教育學(xué)專業(yè)指導(dǎo)教師徐涵教授研究生趙佳完成時(shí)間2012年5月20日沈陽師范大學(xué)研究生處制類別全日制研究生教育碩士同等學(xué)力I我國(guó)普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的問題研究中文摘要隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,社會(huì)分工越來越細(xì),這就要求我國(guó)各級(jí)各類教育機(jī)構(gòu)人才培養(yǎng)工作不斷的發(fā)展和改革。就業(yè)是民生之本,促進(jìn)就業(yè)是保障和改善民生的頭等大事。黨中央再三強(qiáng)調(diào),要做好就業(yè)工作,特別是學(xué)生就業(yè)工作。做好就業(yè)工作就必須開展職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)職業(yè)院校和大學(xué)都開展了豐富多樣的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,而普通高中確相對(duì)滯后,做好普通高中學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,在文理分科、大學(xué)專業(yè)選擇等方面有重要意義。在研究過程中采用了文獻(xiàn)法、案例分析法和訪談法等多種研究方法。主要是在文獻(xiàn)綜述和訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)和經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的典型案例進(jìn)行分析,從而尋找不同地區(qū)普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的特點(diǎn)和問題。研究顯示普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的問題主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾方面一是普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育保障機(jī)制不夠完善;二是社會(huì)各界對(duì)普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的重視不夠;三是普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的形式單一,缺乏溝通;四是職業(yè)教育發(fā)展滯后。為解決我國(guó)普通高中生涯規(guī)劃教育的缺失和滯后問題,在對(duì)普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合美日等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家普通高中職業(yè)生涯教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn),我們應(yīng)做到以下幾點(diǎn)一是要建立健全普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的保障機(jī)制,要完善相關(guān)教育法律法規(guī),同時(shí)要強(qiáng)師資建設(shè)和學(xué)校管理工作;二是要建立開放的普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育體系,在發(fā)展職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的過程中,注重第三方資源的開發(fā);三是明確普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的目標(biāo)及內(nèi)容,讓我國(guó)普通高中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的發(fā)展有章可循,更加科學(xué)和全面;四是要加強(qiáng)溝通,建立多層次、多主體的合作機(jī)制,要建立專業(yè)的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育課程體系,通過勞動(dòng)技術(shù)課和綜合實(shí)踐活動(dòng)課開展職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,在各科教學(xué)中滲透職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,有效地利用德育活動(dòng)和各種課外活動(dòng),為學(xué)生開展職業(yè)咨詢與指導(dǎo)。關(guān)鍵詞普通高中,職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,問題
