簡(jiǎn)介:I分類(lèi)號(hào)C93密級(jí)UDC300學(xué)位論文我國(guó)西部職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)體系研究(題名和副題名)王?。ㄗ髡咝彰┲笇?dǎo)教師姓名李興民李興民教授電子科技大學(xué)電子科技大學(xué)成都(職務(wù)、職稱(chēng)、學(xué)位、單位名稱(chēng)及地址)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)名稱(chēng)行政管理行政管理論文提交日期20075論文答辯日期20076學(xué)位授予單位和日期電子科技大學(xué)電子科技大學(xué)答辯委員會(huì)主席評(píng)閱人2007年6月2日注1注明國(guó)際十進(jìn)分類(lèi)法UDC的類(lèi)號(hào)III摘要隨著西部政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的發(fā)展,西部的人才培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題成為了各界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。由于西部特殊的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),西部的職業(yè)教育在提高整體西部的科學(xué)文化水平,降低西部的結(jié)構(gòu)性失業(yè)等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。本文首先通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)的輸理,界定了職業(yè)教育下人才培養(yǎng)及職業(yè)教育下人才培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)這兩大概念,并綜述了職業(yè)教育的相關(guān)理論。接著,在分析職業(yè)教育對(duì)西部政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的重要意義的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了西部職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題。并通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)外職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的評(píng)析,本文得出了我國(guó)西部的職業(yè)教育應(yīng)該在科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指引下,遵循西部的區(qū)域性特征,以滿(mǎn)足西部市場(chǎng)的需求為主要目標(biāo)構(gòu)建西部特色化的西部職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)體系的結(jié)論。在分析論證過(guò)程中,本文中運(yùn)用了人力資源學(xué)、教育管理方面、公共政策、宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué),組織行為學(xué),會(huì)計(jì)學(xué),市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)學(xué)等學(xué)科的理論知識(shí),并引用了大量的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)西部職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并運(yùn)用了比較的研究方法,分析了國(guó)外職業(yè)教育的主要發(fā)展模式及英、美、日三國(guó)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。同時(shí)本文還引用了實(shí)例成都龍泉職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校,分析了該校緊跟時(shí)代的要求適時(shí)調(diào)整專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)置。就本文的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題我國(guó)西部職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)體系,本文認(rèn)為應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)西部政府的主導(dǎo)作用,循序漸進(jìn)的推進(jìn)該體系的構(gòu)建,從宏觀和微觀層面分析該體系構(gòu)建的方法策略,特別是要重視西部職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)體系的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)置、培養(yǎng)方案的擬訂,技能課程的安排,人才實(shí)習(xí)基地的構(gòu)建、人才輸出渠道的挖掘等方面,著眼于西部職業(yè)教育的大局,又爭(zhēng)取實(shí)現(xiàn)面面俱到,以期推動(dòng)西部人才的質(zhì)量的提升,為實(shí)現(xiàn)西部大開(kāi)發(fā)的整體戰(zhàn)略做出貢獻(xiàn)。本文的對(duì)西部職業(yè)教育的人才培養(yǎng)體系的研究是一個(gè)具有西部特色的課題,與西部大開(kāi)發(fā)的整體部署是相一致的,該研究將進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)我國(guó)西部的職業(yè)教育適應(yīng)于我國(guó)基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度和社會(huì)主義場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,促進(jìn)西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,推動(dòng)西部城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)度的加快,并且將不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)西部農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移和人們對(duì)日益增長(zhǎng)教育需求的客觀需要滿(mǎn)足,有力推進(jìn)西部地區(qū)的繁榮與發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞職業(yè)教育,西部大開(kāi)發(fā),人才培養(yǎng)

簡(jiǎn)介:華東師范大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文職業(yè)教育制度分析姓名孫玫璐申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專(zhuān)業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)教育學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師石偉平20080501制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)人的假設(shè)和成本一收益方法及博弈論的制度分析是本研究的理論分析工具。接下來(lái)對(duì)教育學(xué)中的教育制度、職業(yè)教育制度研究進(jìn)行了評(píng)述,特別對(duì)教育制度分析的視角和研究方向進(jìn)行了反思。第三章歷史視角職業(yè)教育制度的形成。本章中的內(nèi)容展開(kāi)主要是以歷史發(fā)生的視角,對(duì)工業(yè)革命中兩個(gè)具有典型意義的職業(yè)教育制度形成案例英國(guó)和德國(guó)進(jìn)行歷史和比較分析。主要的比較分析結(jié)論有1、職業(yè)教育制度的形成呼應(yīng)雙重功能訴求,在英國(guó)主要表現(xiàn)為社會(huì)整合和社會(huì)控制,在德國(guó)則更多的是勞動(dòng)力與技能供給的經(jīng)濟(jì)功能。2、職業(yè)教育與普通教育的關(guān)系是職業(yè)教育制度形成過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。3企業(yè)在職業(yè)教育制度的形成過(guò)程中地位至關(guān)重要第四章要素與路徑職業(yè)教育制度的形成與變遷。從要素和路徑兩個(gè)方面解析職業(yè)教育制度的形成與變遷。要素方面,以利益相關(guān)者理論為基礎(chǔ),分析了職業(yè)教育制度的主要博弈主體國(guó)家、教育機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)、目標(biāo)群體的特性;路徑方面,分析了教育體系中的政治文化、知識(shí)價(jià)值觀、教育價(jià)值觀在職業(yè)教育制度形成與變遷中作為準(zhǔn)參數(shù)的作用,它們決定了利益相關(guān)者的博弈格局,構(gòu)成了一國(guó)職業(yè)教育制度變遷的路徑依賴(lài)?;谇耙徽碌挠⒌職v史案例,總結(jié)了以英國(guó)為代表的補(bǔ)充型路徑與德國(guó)為代表的獨(dú)立型路徑。本章基本構(gòu)建起考察職業(yè)教育制度形成與變遷的分析框架。這一分析框架即為本研究的理論成果之一。第五章功能視角職業(yè)教育制度效率。職業(yè)教育制度的形成服務(wù)于職業(yè)教育的功能,一定職業(yè)教育制度的效率制約了一定職業(yè)教育功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。本章分別分析了職業(yè)教育制度相對(duì)于職業(yè)教育兩大功能社會(huì)功能與經(jīng)濟(jì)功能的效率制約因素,分析了如何實(shí)現(xiàn)篩選和誰(shuí)來(lái)投資的制度困境,并對(duì)相應(yīng)的“理想制度一基于社會(huì)公正的職業(yè)教育制度與基于人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)的職業(yè)教育制度進(jìn)行解讀。為本研究的理論成果之二。
