簡介:II第二部分論述高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展特色研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。高等職業(yè)教育對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的促進始終是其最重要的功能,只有在充分發(fā)揮其功能的下,才能真正形成自身完整的體系,并凸顯其特色。本文也是把高等職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟之間的相互關(guān)系作為廣西廣等職業(yè)教育特色的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分是廣西高等職業(yè)教育特色的體現(xiàn)。廣西高職與廣西經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的相互適應(yīng)過程中政府運用多種手段主導(dǎo)高職的發(fā)展;在政府主導(dǎo)基礎(chǔ)上,廣西高等職業(yè)教育初步形成了完整的體系,主要表現(xiàn)在規(guī)模發(fā)展、區(qū)域布局、辦學(xué)層次、辦學(xué)主體等方面;繼而,廣西高職在區(qū)域性合作型經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中,適應(yīng)了本區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的同時形成了對外開放的辦學(xué)格局;廣西高職在發(fā)展過程中,初步顯現(xiàn)民族性特色,表現(xiàn)在民族地區(qū)高職院校的發(fā)展和彰顯民族風(fēng)情的旅游人才的培養(yǎng)。第四部分主要是針對廣西等職業(yè)教育特色中的一些問題,提出理論上的建議。主要是轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能,加強高職院校自主性;進一步完善廣西高職的辦學(xué)體系;繼續(xù)深入?yún)^(qū)域內(nèi)外的辦學(xué)合作,深化開放程度;積極強化高等職業(yè)教育的民族特色等幾個方面。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞廣西高等職業(yè)教育特色

簡介:指導(dǎo)小組成員名單王威海劉欣周怡徐珂副教授教授教授副教授中文摘要在弁勞邢肯模型及相關(guān)地位獲得研究中,教育被作為階層再生產(chǎn)的中間機制。因而,在分析方法上,各項研究并未對教育作細致的分類或?qū)⑷藗兊慕逃潭绒D(zhuǎn)化為受教育年限,從而忽略了具有相同文化程度的人,由于學(xué)校類型的不同.可能導(dǎo)致學(xué)生文憑“古金量”的差異.咀及學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)動機與職業(yè)期望方面都會有所不同。這些差異對人們將來的職業(yè)生涯會產(chǎn)生重要影響。本研究假設(shè)中學(xué)階段重點學(xué)校和非重點學(xué)校的教育分流對人們職業(yè)地位獲得存在顯著影響,在重點中學(xué)就讀過的學(xué)生,能夠獲得較高的教育水平,從而在職業(yè)地位獲得過程中占有優(yōu)勢。奉研究通過“中國綜合社會調(diào)查CGSS2003”數(shù)據(jù),運用邏輯斯蒂回歸分析方法對上述假設(shè)進行了檢驗。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在重點學(xué)校包括初中或高中就讀過的人能夠獲得較高的教育水平,并有更犬的優(yōu)勢進入專業(yè)技術(shù)/管理人員階層,教育獲得是教育分流影響職業(yè)地位獲得的中間機制。相對來說.在教育獲得方面,初中階段的重點教育比高中階段的重點教育更加重要;但是.在初職或現(xiàn)職地位獲得過程中,高中階段重點教育的作用更加突出。不管人們初中階段是否在重點中學(xué)就讀.當(dāng)他們獲得高中文憑時,重點初中的影響便不再重要。教育程度越高,越能夠彌補低層級教育分流的劣勢。關(guān)鍵詞重點中學(xué)教育分流教育獲得職業(yè)地位獲得中國分類號C9
